The beautiful Cornish property has gained the sought-after title; its stunning look enhanced by Reynaers at Home.
The accolade was scooped at the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Awards for the South West region. The glazing installation was carried out by Aspect Windows, with Reynaers at Home products manufactured in Aspect’s own Exeter-based VueLite factory.
Lowen, meaning joyful in Cornish, is owned by Dave and Anne Barrow. The property is a contemporary three bed house, built to the highest standards in an exceptional location. Every part of the build has been designed to the smallest detail and this has resulted in an elegant yet simple home.
The homeowners chose Aspect Windows as its preferred supplier based on its reputation of carrying out bespoke quality projects and aluminium experience. Aspect introduced them to Reynaers at Home’s range of high quality, high performance glazing solutions.
Rebecca Bowen-Keay, Marketing Manager at Aspect Windows, said: “Manufacturing the systems in our own factory meant we could provide precision engineered products that not only look amazing but exceeded the required performance levels. Seeing the finished build, it’s no surprise to us that Lowen House won!”
A total of six CP 155 lift and slide doors, one CF 77 bi-fold door and 19 Reynaers’ windows were used throughout the property. This is brought together with frames, fascias and guttering of the same colour; RAL7022 matt, chosen to complement the stonework.
